Paint Shop Pro - My main graphics program (but with complaints).
Microangelo Toolset (icon editor) - A bit outdated, but still good.
RealWorld Icon Editor - I have not tested this one yet.
Free Graphics Programs:
GIMP - A feature rich and powerful graphics program.
RealWorld Paint - This small graphics program has a few excelent tools.
Paint.NET - This program is a bit basic, but I still find uses for it.
HTML Editor/Integrated Development Environment (IDE) Programs:
Komodo IDE - Too pricy for me, but I know it’s good.
phpDesigner - This was my favorite IDE program, until Komodo Edit 9.
Free HTML Editor/IDE Programs:
Komodo Edit - A feature rich free program - My current favorite IDE.
HTML-Kit 292 - This was my favorite HTML editor before phpDesigner.
